My practice is grounded in person-centered therapy, utilizing an integrative approach that includes Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Strengths-Based, Narrative, and Psychodynamic techniques. I specialize in supporting individuals with anxiety, depression, ADHD, burnout, and self-esteem issues while guiding them through life transitions and challenges.
