I am currently a Master’s level MA in counselling psychology, I’m a practicum student who is qualified to practice under the clinical supervision of an approved practicum supervisor.

Hello! I am Yinka Oladele, and I am passionate about working with people who are experiencing challenges of life including relationships, distress, grief, anxiety, burnout, loneliness, sickness, and caregivers feeling overwhelmed. My therapeutic approach is client centred while incorporating techniques from Solution-Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and other techniques depending on client’s needs. In a collaborative effort, I also integrate the wholistic approach to understand and help clients with their situations and tailor my therapeutic approach to suit their need.
