Who We Are
Alberta Counsellor
I am a Counselling Psychology practicum student at the master's level, qualified to practice onsite under the supervision of an approved clinical supervisor.

I have had the opportunity to collaborate with individuals of all ages throughout my career, from children to seniors. I have gained valuable experience assisting people from diverse backgrounds in finding practical solutions to their concerns. My goal is to provide a safe and nonjudgmental environment for everyone I work with.

I possess excellent collaboration, creativity, and feedback skills, which enable me to understand the needs of individuals and communicate effectively with them.
I am available for individual, couples, or family counselling.

I offer support to individuals dealing with issues related to anxiety, trauma, PTSD, grief, relationship challenges, stress, depression, self-esteem, body image, and racial or cultural issues. My approach is client-centred and culturally sensitive, utilizing evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and others.
I am fluent in English and Yoruba.
