Counselling vs Advice and Self Help Books or Courses?

Counselling's main goal is to assist you to build personal capacity to result in lasting positive changes and transformations, rather than giving brief or generic advice for short-lived relief or benefits. The counselling session involves collaborating with you to do some deep and thorough investigation and reflections to generate personalized action plans, solutions and insights. 

 

Counselling vs. Talking to friends?

Friendships are essential for mental health wellness. Counselling utilizes professional psychology techniques that your friends might or might not know. The counselling setting is a safe space: confidential, non-judgmental, non-biased and without conflicts of interests.

 

Service Fees & Cancellation Policy?

Our clinic do not offer free consultations. Full payment is required to book and confirm appointments. Cancellations with more than 48 hours notice are fully refundable. Cancellations within 48 hours are not refundable.
