BC ICBC MVA Counselling

Trauma-informed counselling for individuals recovering emotionally and physically after a motor vehicle accident in British Columbia.

Motor vehicle accidents can trigger more than physical injuries—they can lead to anxiety, panic, nightmares, avoidance of driving, irritability, sleep problems, emotional numbness, and chronic stress. These reactions are common and treatable. ICBC provides pre-approved counselling sessions so you can access help without financial barriers.

We want to make the healing process less stressful for you. As a member of the Recovery Network, we can direct bill to ICBC and work with them to manage your claim. For up to 12 weeks, you’re covered for a fixed amount per treatment session! File your claim with ICBC to get your claim number.

Our therapists (multiple languages) offer specialized, trauma-informed counselling to support emotional recovery, reduce anxiety, increase coping skills, and help you safely return to daily life, work, and driving.
