Support for newcomers navigating trauma, transition, identity, and belonging

Moving to a new country—whether by choice, circumstance, or necessity—can deeply impact emotional health. At Wong Counselling & Consulting, we provide culturally responsive, trauma-informed support for immigrants, refugees, international students, undocumented individuals, and families adjusting to life in Canada.

Our approach centers safety, dignity, empowerment, and respect for your lived experience. Whether you are coping with migration stress, trauma, uncertainty, cultural adjustment, family conflict, or identity transitions, we walk with you through every step.
