Residential Historical Abuse Program RHAP Counselling 

Residential Historical Abuse Program RHAP funds counselling (virtual care or in person) for clients who are now over the age of 19 AND had been victims of sexual abuse during the time when they were under 19 and they lived in a BC provincial government foster home, group home, or residential facility. You DO NOT have to file a police report or prove that you were sexually abused to be eligible for RHAP counselling.

Our counsellors are approved RHAP counsellors and direct bill RHAP for your convenience (you don't have to pay anything). We can assist you to apply for the funding.
